Performing Rights Organization (PRO)
A PRO is a company that helps artists get paid when their music is played on radio, TV, streaming, or live performances. If you don’t have one, we advise you to sign up for any PRO of your choice to optimize performance and mechanical royalty collection. All works must be original and free from copyright infringement.
An Interested Party Information (IPI) number is a unique, international identification number, usually 9–11 digits long. IPIs are assigned to songwriters, composers and music publishers.

FILE UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS

All music and art files for your project must be uploaded at the same time via Google Drive.

AUDIO

24-bit wav files @ 44.1kHz, 48kHz and 96kHz sample rates. MP3 files @ 320kbps can be submitted if that’s what you have, but MP3s are strongly discouraged.

ARTWORK

Images for print must be hi-resolution PDF files @ 300dpi. JPEG/PNG files can be submitted if that’s what you have, but they are strongly discouraged.
