Retail Price (Revenue Share Payout Model)
You can choose from three different price levels for your project, depending on what you think your fans are willing to pay. We set the retail price for all three Categories in all territories. Please read our Terms of Service for Revenue Share Percentage Splits & Payout details.

This can be your label, artist or band name, but it can also be any name you want your record label to be. It doesn’t have to be registered, but please do not use somebody else’s name or protected trademark/brand.
A company or person that holds the legal rights for the collection of sound recordings. This should be you or the company you are representing. If you make a recording, you own the rights unless somebody else paid you to record or you were given a license to use the content.
Publishing rights refer to the legal ownership of a song’s underlying composition—the melody, lyrics, and structure. This should be you or the company you’re representing if you wrote the song. If you compose music, you own these rights unless you sold them to a publisher or created the work under a hiring agreement. These rights allow you to collect royalties whenever your composition is used commercially.
Performing Rights Organization (PRO)
A PRO is a company that helps artists get paid when their music is played on radio, TV, streaming, or live performances.
For internal purposes, e.g. Japan Release, etc.

FILE UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS

All music and art files for your project must be uploaded at the same time via WeTransfer.

AUDIO

24-bit wav files @ 44.1kHz, 48kHz and 96kHz sample rates. MP3 files @ 320kbps can be submitted if that’s what you have, but MP3s are strongly discouraged.

ARTWORK

Images for print must be hi-resolution PDF files @ 300dpi. JPEG/PNG files can be submitted if that’s what you have, but they are strongly discouraged.

Cover (Jacket) Front/Back: 3675 x 3675px

Labels (A/B): 1200 x 1200px

Inner Sleeve: 3619 x 3619 px

We will convert your submitted images for you if they do not meet our standard criteria.

REVENUE SHARE PAYOUT EXAMPLE

You select the Standard – $29.90 Retail Price option for your project submission:

$29.90 x 100 sales = $2990 (your gross profit)

$2990 x 20% (your share) = $598 (our cut for fulfillment/production)
$2990 – $598 = $2392 (your net profit)
